• 250 g brown sugar • 250 g salted butter • 150 g Biscoff crackers • 250–350 g chocolate of choice (milk, dark, white, or a mix)
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate over the top. Allow it to melt, spread evenly, then set in the fridge until firm.
