INGREDIENTS

• 250 g brown sugar
• 250 g salted butter
• 150 g Biscoff crackers
• 250–350 g chocolate of choice (milk, dark, white, or a mix)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange the Biscoff crackers in an even layer.
  2. Add the butter and brown sugar together to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until melted and combined.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and allow it to boil for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Carefully pour the hot caramel evenly over the Biscoff crackers.
  5. Bake for 5–7 minutes or until bubbling all over.

Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate over the top. Allow it to melt, spread evenly, then set in the fridge until firm.
